Terms of Service
Please read these Terms before using Lottiq. By creating an account, starting onboarding, accepting the Terms checkbox, starting a trial, or using any paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lottiq.
1. What Lottiq is
Lottiq is a statistics and entertainment platform for exploring historical lottery draw data. It helps you review frequencies, gaps, recency, saved combinations, ticket history you enter yourself, and related analytical views. Lottiq is not a gambling operator, ticket retailer, broker, syndicate, payment intermediary for lottery play, or money-handling service. You cannot buy lottery tickets, place stakes, join pools, receive prizes, or transfer lottery funds through Lottiq.
2. Random draws and responsible play
Lottery draws are random events. Lottiq works with historical data only. The platform does not know future draw results, change the probability of any ticket, or tell you what to play. Treat Lottiq as an information and entertainment companion. If playing the lottery stops feeling light, take a break and use the responsible-play resources available in your jurisdiction.
3. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lottiq. If your country, region, or lottery rules require a higher minimum age, that higher age applies to you. By using Lottiq, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and that using a lottery statistics service is lawful where you live.
4. Account and onboarding
You need an account to use the authenticated parts of Lottiq. During onboarding, we ask for information such as your language, jurisdiction, selected lottery, and analysis preferences so we can configure the product and responsible-play resources. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your Lottiq account unless the activity was caused by our own security failure.
5. Plans, trial, and subscriptions
Lottiq has three public plan levels. Reader is free and gives limited access. Analyst unlocks the core paid workspace and is available at €3.49 per week, €7.99 per month, or €84 per year. Strategist unlocks deeper analytical surfaces and is available at €12.99 per month or €135 per year. Additional supported lottery games may be offered at €4.99 per month per game on eligible monthly or annual paid plans. Analyst Weekly covers one included game and does not include add-on games.
6. The 48-hour trial
Lottiq may offer a 48-hour trial of a paid plan. The trial starts through Stripe Checkout in onboarding: you choose a plan, a payment card is collected, and nothing is charged at the start. When the 48 hours end, the subscription you chose begins automatically and your card is charged at the plan's price, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancelling takes one click from your account's billing section and stops the upcoming charge; your account then moves to Reader access while your saved combinations and ticket history remain in your account unless you delete them or delete the account. One trial is available per customer. The Reader tier itself never requires a card.
7. Billing through Stripe
Paid subscriptions are billed in EUR through Stripe. Stripe may show local payment methods, taxes, or currency conversion depending on your location and payment method. Your subscription renews at the selected interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing from the Lottiq billing area or the Stripe-hosted customer portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period unless Stripe or applicable law requires a different treatment.
8. Your saved data
You may save combinations, record ticket history, and configure analysis preferences. You keep responsibility for the information you add. Do not enter sensitive personal information that is not needed for the product. Lottiq may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, security-risking, or outside the intended product use.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Lottiq. This includes trying to access other users' accounts, scraping the service at a harmful rate, bypassing paywalls, attacking the infrastructure, reselling account access, using the product for unlawful gambling activity, or presenting Lottiq output as official lottery data. Use official lottery operators for official results and ticket-related matters.
10. Third-party services
Lottiq relies on trusted third-party services to run the product: Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Google for the optional Google sign-in, Vercel for hosting and serverless functions, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, beehiiv for the Lottiq Intel newsletter and launch list, Plausible for cookieless analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring with personal-data scrubbing. These providers process data only as needed for their role in the service.
11. Service changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or remove features, supported lotteries, plans, or prices. We try to give clear notice when a material change affects paid access. Lottiq may also be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security work, or events outside our control.
12. No professional or official advice
Lottiq provides statistical information for entertainment and personal analysis. It is not financial advice, legal advice, gambling advice, or an official lottery service. Always check official lottery sources for official draw results, rules, deadlines, and ticket matters.
13. Liability
We work to keep Lottiq accurate, secure, and available, but the service is provided as an information product. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lottiq is not liable for losses linked to lottery play, user-entered ticket records, decisions made outside the platform, third-party outages, or unofficial use of historical statistics. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Lottiq at any time and may request account deletion from the account area. We may suspend or close an account if it breaches these Terms, creates security risk, causes payment abuse, or would expose Lottiq or other users to legal or operational harm. Account deletion does not erase billing records Stripe or Lottiq must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security reasons.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, which providers help us process it, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall legal terms for using Lottiq.
16. Law, consumer rights, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Lottiq's operator Ashantene LLC is established, while the mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. For product or account questions, contact support@lottiq.app.
